Sales Executive – Outbound Sales

Intelektra Smart Home is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business and grow relationships in the residential construction and luxury home markets. This role is for a true hunter—someone who thrives on creating opportunities, educating customers, and closing high-value deals.
You’ll introduce homeowners, builders, and developers to the possibilities of smart living and demonstrate how Intelektra’s automation and construction services can deliver lasting value.

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
